Habits – When we were younger, we used to think of habits as negative. Bad habits.
By the way, habits are things we do continually.
But as we got older, we think of habits as positive. Good habits.
If you have good habits, and you do them daily, they will serve you well. If you have bad habits, they will enslave you.
Interesting. Habits. Something you do continually. Habits could be an asset or a liability. An anchor that holds you down, or wind under your wings that make you soar.
Good Habits. Bad Habits. Hopefully, the good out number the bad. Regardless, you can change your habits. It has to be a choice. And it takes time. But with intentionality, and patience, the bad habits can be turned into good habits.
